Contact details of the educational coordinators

The educational coordinators for each course and year can be found on the website of Directorate of Education at contact details or in NEPTUN system under study programme details.

Educational issues

It is necessary and advisable for each student to take care of his/her own education related tasks and issues, which can be done at the relevant campus education department.

The main information on education matters can be found on the websites of the Directorate of Education, the Institutes and the campuses.

The first and most important task is to read the information on the website of the Directorate of Education and on the campus websites so that you can be prepared to contact the educational coordinator, thus facilitating your situation and the administrative process.

You can find most of the relevant information on the Directorate of Education website and through NEPTUN system. Information to student groups and year groups can also be provided electronically, not only NEPTUN System but also via e-mail messages. It is therefore essential to provide an accurate and regularly read e-mail address at the time of enrolment/registration (on the registration form), and in case of a change of e-mail address, the new e-mail address must be reported immediately via Neptun or to the Registrar’s Office.

You can contact the Registrar’s Office in person or by telephone during office hours.

There are many application forms/templates available on NEPTUN system, so please use the Neptun application manager for these types of applications to speed up the process. Paper-based applications can only be accepted by the Registrar’s Office if there is no electronic application template for the given application type that can be submitted via NEPTUN System. Paper applications may be submitted in person during office hours or by mail to the mailing address of the campus. If an application type listed in NEPTUN system is not available at a given time, it is usually because the deadline for that application type has expired and therefore the application cannot be submitted neither on paper nor via NEPTUN.

To request student status certificate, you can go to NEPTUN system/Administration/Requests and submit the request under Application for printed document.

Student cards can only be collected and validated in person. Information on the administration of the student card can be found on the website of the Directorate of Education under Study information/ Student ID

It is only possible to collect the printed diplomas in person during office hours.
