A specialization or field of study must be chosen by the student on a course that has a specialization, module or field of study before choosing the topic of the final thesis. The date of the election is included in the academic timetable, the conditions are set out in Study and Examination Regulations Appendix No. 2, the detailed conditions are published by the institute that administers the course.
