The University enters into a training contract with the student enrolled in a self-financed study programme. The student prints two copies of the training contract from NEPTUN TR before enrolment and brings them to the enrolment and registration event together with two copies of the registration form and the required documents. After signing and countersigning the training contract, the student will receive one of the originals of the contract. The other copy of the training contract remains at the Registrar’s Office in the student’s personal file. Training contract have to be downloaded from Neptun system, have to be filled in two originals and have to be brought to enrolment. The same training contract will be completed and concluded for those students who have been reclassified from public scholarship to self-financed status.
