The student can lodge an objection to the head of the institute responsible for the subject if disagreed with the registered grade by submitting a "Request for objection" within 14 days after the end of the examination period (objection period) in NEPTUN TR, available under Studies menu, Curriculum submenu, Subject line, + mark options, select submit request option.
The deadline of objection is mandatory time limit! If the student did not apply for this option, he/she cannot later submit an objection to the assessment or the lack of assessment.
The head of the institution is obliged to investigate the contested assessment on the basis of the examination paper, the course completion sheet certified by the examiner (if the student prepared it), or the grade given on the written examination, within 8 days of receipt of the request, to make a decision, to record the decision in a decision and to notify the student thereof.
If the student does not agree with the decision, he/she may submit a request for a a revision to the Student Revision Committee at hfb@uni-mate.hu
