Important information for scholarship holder senior students

Please note that failure to complete the above steps by the specified deadlines may result in the payment of your scholarship being withheld until the entire procedure has been completed.

If you do not verify your presence in person by signing the attendance sheet by the given deadline, your absence will automatically be regarded as a stay outside Hungary exceeding 30 days. In accordance with the applicable scholarship regulations, you will not be entitled to receive the scholarship and accomodation allowance for that month.

Scholarship payments will only be made if you have submitted the “Declaration Regarding Residence in Hungary” and have also appeared in person at the designated verification point.

NOTE!

Please note that education at MATE is conducted through in-person attendance. Students are required to attend scheduled classes and fulfil the attendance requirements of their courses.

Failure to attend classes may have a negative impact on your academic performance or other academic consequences in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Thank you for your cooperation!
