Paper-based requests

Almost all academic requests that students can submit at the University are processed through the NEPTUN system; therefore, students can submit their requests via the NEPTUN system, and notifications regarding decisions on these requests are also provided through the NEPTUN system. Due to their nature, the following requests cannot be submitted via the NEPTUN system, or the functionality to submit them via the NEPTUN system is still under development.
